Free Weekly Running Groups:
Group Runs:
-Wednesdays at 6:15pm
(3 to 6 mile run)
-Saturdays at 8:00am
(3 to 10+ mile run)
-Meet at West Seattle Runner
Our bi-weekly group runs focus on building healthy base mileage and getting runners incorporated into the local running community. You run at your own pace, and we can provide you with a route for your desired mileage that starts and ends at the shop. While it is not required to run with others, it is easy to find a group/buddy doing a similar run to your own. A great way to stay accountable for your weekly mileage!
Track Night:
-Tuesdays at 6:15pm

before shifting to Hiawatha Track
Our track group is focused on building speed, strength, form and fortitude. Each week you will receive a planned track workout with a coach available to help guide and encourage you. Looking to bring down your mile time? Chasing down that new personal record? This might be the group for you!

Half Marathon Intermediate Training Program
Join us for an info session to find out more about an intermediate half marathon training program.
-Training will start Jan 28th for a half marathon in May.
-You should come into this program with half marathon experience and base mileage.

Come join us for the last run of 2022!
We will have sparkling cider,mimosas and pastries post run!
Marathon Training Program Info Night
Come to learn about our Marathon Training Program.
-There will be a plan for novice and intermediate marathoners to follow for our scheduled group run days.
-We will begin on January 14th for a race in May (option to modify the first week in June).

Gobble Gobble Group Run
Give thanks for the return of our annual, casual Thanksgiving group run!
We will meet between the Statue and the Washington monument under the shelter there (between 61st and 62nd Ave) like last year. Bring food donations for the West Seattle Food Bank. You can go whatever distance you would like, feel free to run, walk, run/walk and bring the kids, dogs and family.
This is a low key group run, not a race!
New Balance Group Run
Come out to our regular Saturday group run and try on a demo pair of New Balance. They will be brining the 880 and the More. A great way to test a new shoe at no cost! Run any distance you would like, we usually have folks running anywhere from 2 to 20 miles.
Altra Track Tuesday
Come to the track work out and try on Altras. We will have the NEW plushie plush Via that you might want to use for the warm-up or cool-down. For your time on the track, you might be interested in trying the Escalante or Torin models.
You will also be given a workout for the evening. This might be a great time to try out a new shoe and a new time of workout to elevate your running to the next level!
Track Tuesday by Altra
Altra will be sponsoring, which means, you can try out a pair of Altra shoes for your track workout!
Altra Group Run
Come for an Altra group run- meaning you can try out a pair of Altras for your run that day!
Stay for mimosas post run, we are celebrating our 12th year in business and we want to spoil you a bit.
Be entered into a raffle to win a pair of Altras.
Pick your distance of choice, meet some folks, enjoy your Sunday in style!
Brooks Group Run
Come to our 12th Anniversary Group Run sponsored by Brooks!
Run whatever distance is on your training plan...or what your heart desires. Be entered into a raffle drawing for a pair of Brooks.
You will get to demo a pair of Cascadia 16 or Glycerin 19 on your run. Pretty great way to try out a new shoe!
Enjoy donuts and chocolate milk after!
Mizuno Group Run
Come to try out Mizuno shoes on our group run!
YES! We are adding a Friday night group run to celebrate our 12th Anniversary Party weekend!
You will be able to take a pair of these shoes for whatever distance you plan to go (probably the bulk of the group will go 3 miles). Models to try: Wave Sky 5 and Wave Rider 25!
After, we will enjoy beverages and social time (details to come). You will also be entered into a raffle to win a pair to take home!

-BioJunction Sports Therapy: 2nd Monday of each month, 4:30pm-6pm
-Sound Physical Therapy: 4th Wednesday of each month, 6pm-7pm

-Our Couch to Half Marathon training program kicks off a new session twice a year. Expect to see info nights and kick off events each January & August.
