(3 to 6 mile run)
-Saturdays at 8:00am
(3 to 10+ mile run)
-Meet at West Seattle Runner
Our bi-weekly group runs focus on building healthy base mileage and getting runners incorporated into the local running community. You run at your own pace, and we can provide you with a route for your desired mileage that starts and ends at the shop. While it is not required to run with others, it is easy to find a group/buddy doing a similar run to your own. A great way to stay accountable for your weekly mileage!

before shifting to Hiawatha Track
Our track group is focused on building speed, strength, form and fortitude. Each week you will receive a planned track workout with a coach available to help guide and encourage you. Looking to bring down your mile time? Chasing down that new personal record? This might be the group for you!

We are hosting our 4th Annual Leprechaun Leg Group Run with Good Society Brewing. We will gather at Hiawatha Track and run a 3 mile route through the neighborhood and end at Good Society. HIDEF PT Injury Prevention Night
HIDEF PT will at the shop to give an Injury Prevention Talk. This is particularly geared for those in the Get Fit, Got Fit and Full Fit training programs in that they are at the start of a training program and will benefit from strengthening exercises etc that help prevent injury. This is open to anyone! If you are training, or coming back after time off or have your sights set on a race or new to the sport, this is an excellent topic to guide you to healthy running!

This is designed for GET Fit participants. We will go over basics and core information that you will refer back to during your entire training program. We hope you can attend. If you are a new runner, but not part of Get Fit, you are still welcome to join for info on form, walk/run intervals, fueling and more.
You will do your 2 mile run at 8am and we will start the talk when all have returned!

Andrew Holloway, the owner of Sea Pines PT is giving a presentation on injury prevention for our GET, GOT and FULL Fit participants.
