Seapines Physical Therapy will be at the shop to educate us about the proper tactics to prevent injury for runners. This is designed for Get Fit but applies to all runners who are training/running but don't know what to do for core strength, stretching etc. You will learn what habits to put into place and can get any questions answered!
If you are doing Get Fit mileage that night, you can get started at our typical 6:15pm. If you are doing one of the other training plan distances, you might get started earlier and just meet at the shop for the 6:45pm clinic.
