Andrew Holloway, the owner of Sea Pines PT is giving a presentation on injury prevention for our GET, GOT and FULL Fit participants. If you are a part of these training programs, please attend this clinic. We would like for you to incorporate the strength exercises that he will go over during your training program. This is open to other folks who want to learn more about becoming a healthier runner or walker. Please plan your run time to allow for you to attend at the 6:30pm start time. Thank you!
