We will gather to offer a Q&A session for final race prep efforts for the Seattle Half and Full for our GOT Fit and 26.2 groups. You have been doing all the prep work with your training. This will be more the nuts and bolts of final days of taper tips, prep for the night before and morning of the race and things to consider during the race. I will do my best to answer any questions you might have!
