We will gather for our special Saturday group run as per usual. But you can run in a pair of Hoka if you choose! Also this is our final Saturday run before the Seattle Marathon!! (we will not meet the following Saturday). We will give a talk for the GET FIT group to get prepped for race day (you already are with all your training) by going over tips for the final taper and night before and morning of the race! Others are welcome to sit in on the talk. We will have some donuts and chocolate milk back at the shop afterwards!
