Join the Seattle Strength & Performance team as they come down from their location on Avalon Way to West Seattle Runner to talk about the benefits of strength training for runners! They plan to walk through some of the key benefits and target areas to focus on to improve both speed and endurance and reduce injury. They'll also coach us through some key exercises to take away!
