Come to our information session to learn more about our training group for the November Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon.
We will offer guidance on training distances for our Wednesday and Saturday group runs. We look forward to building a community group to train with for this fun local race.
We will provide Wed/Saturday plans for intermediate level for 13.1 and novice and intermediate plans for 26.2.
