How Runners Can Perform Better with Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas can help runners train in a myriad of ways, from helping runners adapt to warmer climates, speeding up recovery after long or HIIT runs, and even enhancing lung function. Ali Atri, owner of We Sweat will be by talk about how incorporating an infrared sauna practice can help unlock better performance for runners and answer any questions people might have.

After the conversation, We Sweat will open its doors and invite any interested runners to a free sauna session. Their saunas accommodate 1-4 people, so sign up solo, or sauna with friends!
