HIDEF PT will at the shop to give an Injury Prevention Talk. This is particularly geared for those in the Get Fit, Got Fit and Full Fit training programs in that they are at the start of a training program and will benefit from strengthening exercises etc that help prevent injury. This is open to anyone! If you are training, or coming back after time off or have your sights set on a race or new to the sport, this is an excellent topic to guide you to healthy running!
